Please take a moment to read the terms below. By making a reservation with Aktis Seaside Living, you agree to the following conditions.
A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival. Your booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 21 days before your arrival date, and your deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Please contact us in advance if you require different arrangements, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Guests are kindly asked to treat the apartment and its facilities with care. Any damage caused during your stay may be charged accordingly. Quiet hours should be respected out of consideration for other guests and neighbors.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are not allowed. The number of guests must not exceed the capacity stated at the time of booking.
For everyone's safety and enjoyment, we kindly ask guests to follow the pool rules displayed at the poolside. Children should always be supervised by an adult near the water.
While we take good care of AKTIS, we're unable to take responsibility for valuables left unattended in the apartments. We'd kindly ask you to keep anything precious somewhere safe.
