The Meaning of AKTIS
A ray of light, a family name
AKTIS means "ray of light" — and it carries the name of our grandmother, Aktina. She was the warmth at the center of our family, the one who gathered everyone around her like sunlight gathers a room.
We are a family, and this is our home by the sea. We built AKTIS to share the things we grew up with: long, light-filled mornings, the scent of salt in the air, the calm of the Aegean, and the simple joy of a table shared with people you love.
